What’s This Business All About?
OK we’ll go back to the beginning. This is how it all started ...
A business associate of mine had seen this operation when he was away on a business trip. When he came back he told me about it.
After getting over the shock of how ridiculously simple it was my first words were –
“It's got franchise written all over it” We need to test this out.
And that's what we did. The very next day.
Now I'm not going to to lie to you and say I did all this on my own. Because I didn't. I ran a group of companies and we had a team.
This is what happened.
I “borrowed” a couple of girls from my marketing team, gave them a yellow pages and told them to start calling. See if there was any interest. We did this over a 2 day period.
There was.
Next I asked them to call back and make an appointment for me to go and see them. Now I can't honestly remember how many customers I picked up in the first week but it was at least 2 or 3. And I can tell you straight up – it wasn't hard work.
You see the secret to this business is the way it's structured. It's a proprietary system that I developed in house which is why you wouldn't have seen it before.
The main reason why it's so easy to get customers and keep them - is because you're giving them a product that they need - for nothing.
That's right. You buy it and give it away.
That's the secret ...
But then every month – regular as clockwork they pay you to maintain it. In other words it's on permanent hire based on 12 monthly contracts that automatically renew. Guaranteeing you a regular and secure income that you can take to the bank.
Year in and Year out.
It's because of the way these contracts are structured that you can build this business up. There's no rush. Take your time.
You won't have competitors beating a path to your door because this system is unique. You can start part time and build it out from there.

Have you heard of “Initial?” It's a big listed company. Very diverse. Do everything from retail cleaning right through to heavy industrial and office cleaning . Started from small beginnings. One of their divisions is laundry rental. You all know what that is. Table cloths, towels, foot mats, work wear, bedding, hospital laundry etc. etc.
It's a sound business model. There's money in hire. Plenty of hire companies listed on the stock exchange. It's a model that will be around in a 100 years time. Imagine the Internet by then – mind boggling to say the least!
Anyway this business is based on a similar model. Instead of cleaning laundry you'll be cleaning grease filters. Well not actually cleaning. Just leaving them in an overnight solution and jetting them off the next day. And then you take them back.
That's it. And every month they quite happily pay you for the service.
It's quite amazing really …
